For online businesses that depend on their technology

Your business runs on technology. Ours has too — for 15 years.

We have built and operated our own online businesses since 2009 — payment systems, live streaming platforms, membership sites, and custom software. We know what breaks, when it breaks, and why. Today we build and maintain that infrastructure for other companies.

The systems your business depends on — built by people who have depended on the same systems.

We have operated payment processors, live streaming platforms, membership sites, and custom applications. That experience shapes everything we build for you.

Custom Web Applications

Your business has requirements that off-the-shelf software does not fit. We build what you actually need — member portals, admin dashboards, automation tools, billing platforms, and internal systems. We know where projects fail: unclear scope, poor database design, no thought given to maintenance. We address these things before they become your problems.

Server & Hosting Infrastructure

A server configured poorly will eventually cause an outage. We set up Linux servers correctly from the start — cPanel and WHM, DNS, Cloudflare, SSL, Apache and Nginx. When you are on shared hosting and growing out of it, we handle migrations without taking your business offline. We also diagnose the hard problems others miss: memory leaks under load, slow queries on the wrong indexes, configuration issues that look unrelated to the symptom.

Streaming Platforms

We have built and operated live streaming platforms, so we understand both the technical side and what it costs to run one. RTMP ingest, CDN delivery, access control, pay-per-view, subscriber management. If you are running a streaming operation and hitting limits — capacity, reliability, or CDN costs — that is the kind of problem we have already worked through ourselves.

Payment & Billing Systems

Billing is where a bug costs real money. We integrate Stripe, PayPal, and other processors correctly — subscription billing, recurring charges, trial periods, failure handling, retry logic, and refunds. We have built these systems for our own businesses and hit the edge cases ourselves. We know them because we lived them.

AI Integration

AI is useful when it is built into something you actually use every day. We integrate LLM APIs into existing products — support tools, content pipelines, internal knowledge bases, and process automation. We use these tools ourselves, so we can tell you honestly where AI makes sense for your situation and where it adds complexity without enough benefit.

Analytics & SEO

You cannot fix what you cannot measure. We set up GA4, Search Console, and tracking that captures what matters — then tell you what it means. Technical SEO that affects rankings: page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicals, crawlability. We focus on traffic quality and conversion. You get a direct answer about what to fix, not a report that takes an afternoon to read.

Technical Consulting

Sometimes you need a second opinion before a major technical decision. Sometimes you have a problem nobody else has solved. We look at the full picture — server, code, payments, SEO, and business logic — and come back with a direct answer: what to fix, what to leave alone, and what not to spend money on. This is often where we are most useful to a new client.

How we work
The same four steps on every project
  • 1

    Diagnose before proposing

Before recommending anything, we understand your business and what is actually wrong. Most problems look like one thing on the surface and turn out to be something else underneath.

  • 2

    Agree on scope and cost

Clear scope, honest timeline, and realistic cost before work starts. No surprise invoices for scope we did not agree on.

  • 3

Build and keep you in the picture

We do the work and you see progress without having to ask for it. No black boxes, no unexplained delays.

  • 4

    Stay available after launch

The first weeks after launch are often when issues surface. We are there for them and stay on for support, monitoring, and whatever comes next.

You work directly with the engineers — no account managers, no handoffs.

When agencies take on projects, the person who sold you the work often has nothing to do with the people building it. You end up re-explaining your business to someone new every few months, and nobody has the complete picture. We do not work that way.

At LCNTech, the people you speak to are the people who do the work. We have spent more than 15 years building and running our own online businesses — not just consulting on them. We understand what it means when your payment system fails or your server goes down at peak traffic, because we have been in that position ourselves.

We are not the cheapest option. We do not take every project. If we are not the right fit, we tell you honestly — and we tell you why.

What clients say about working with us.

Questions we hear often.

Where is LCNTech located?

We have offices in Canada and the United States. Most client work is done remotely, but we come on-site for server installations, network projects, and hands-on technical work anywhere in North America.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Server installations, network work, and hands-on infrastructure projects are done on-site. Software development, consulting, and ongoing support work just as well remotely. Most of our clients work with us fully remote.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Online businesses that have real technical systems they cannot afford to have fail — membership platforms, streaming services, e-commerce operations, SaaS products, and companies that have outgrown their current technical setup. The common thread is a genuine dependency on technology that has to keep running.

Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?

We have worked with solo founders, small teams, and large operations. Company size is not the deciding factor. What matters is whether the problem is clearly defined and the scope is realistic.
